If President Trump prohibits wire transfers to Mexico, a business in Canada will step in to provide the same service.

Instead of transferring money directly to Mexico, a someone would send the money to the Canadian company and they would, for a small fee, send the money to Mexico.

No company would attempt to bypass the law like that.
