There is no way to prove it because the ledger cannot be cross-examined. For prostitution, money in exchange for the favor has to be proven. An address book isn't going to do that.
I don't know what the standard is for Wash DC, but for next-door Virginia it is proving two adults of opposite sex in a domicile overnight, and alone.
