The explanation for these delusional paranoids is easy- it’s the new marijuana they are smoking. 30% smoke the stuff regularly and 15% of those develop cannabis psychosis or about 5% of the total college population.
I find it hard to believe that ONLY, “30% smoke the stuff regularly”.
