I believe Trump screwed himself when he went after Scott Walker. Big mistake.
Trump doesn’t data mine and adjust his campaign by state/region, his message is the same nationally. Cruz went from Elmer Gantry to Joseph Smith to Mr. Establishment to get votes. Hey it works in some places and he’s a political animal.
Trump had the same problem here he did in Ohio, a sitting governor dead set against him. Same result. He’ll move on now to regions that are far more favorable to him.
I agree, Trump never should have disparaged any of Wisconsin’s Republican party politicians. He failed to apply Reagan’s 11th commandment. I voted Trump tonight, but this really rubbed me the wrong way. My wife voted Cruz and this was one of her reasons why.
