I read that there is a part in the Patriot Act that says you have to prove that you are legally in the US to send money abroad.

I didn't know that. Do you think they actually check to see if the person can "legally" send money or not?

Since so many of our laws have been "ignored" to push the illegal alien agenda, I seriously doubt it.
