RC: And one thing I always wondered, are you going to make employees of the federal government sign nondisclosure agreements?

DT: I think they should. You know, when somebody — and I see it all the time. . . . And I don’t know, there could be some kind of a law that you can’t do this. But when people are chosen by a man to go into government at high levels and then they leave government and they write a book about a man and say a lot of things that were really guarded and personal, I don’t like that. I mean, I’ll be honest. And people would say, oh, that’s terrible, you’re taking away his right to free speech. Well, he’s going in. . . . I would say . . . I do have nondisclosure deals. That’s why you don’t read that. . . .

(snip)

RC: But you are recommending nondisclosure...

DT: And I tell you this, I will have to think about it. I will have to think about it. That’s a different thing, that I’m running a private company and I’m paying people lots of money, and then they go out and...

BW: The taxpayers are paying the other people in the federal government.

DT: Sure. Sure. They don’t do a great job, and then you fire them and they end up writing a book about you. So it’s different. But I will say that in the federal government it’s a different thing. So it’s something I would think about. But you know, I do right now — I have thousands and thousands of employees, many thousands, and every one of them has an agreement, has a . . . I call it a confidentiality . . . .

You know more than Trump?

Well then maybe you can join your ‘dead’ compadre in responding to post #20.

I get paid $75-95 an hour to write. Send me check for four hours pay and after it clears I'll provide a thesis summary for you.

YOu don’t get paid $75 to $95 to do anything. You only wish you could get paid even half of that.

You don’t have the right stuff to make any more than $15 per hour unless of course you got yourself a slop-pit with an Obama-funded zombie-agency.

Your usage of the word ‘doofus’ puts you into a class that could never earn near what you claim, much less as a writer.

You have never viewed yourself from another’s viewpoint, so I understand your inability to truly appreciate how cuttingly accurate the word doofus is in this situation, doofus.

> “You have never viewed yourself from another’s viewpoint ...”

Projecting now ... and so sure of what one can’t possibly know.

More evidence to this thread that there’s not even half of the value claimed except as a fantasy.

The original subject was one you raised as ‘important issues of governance’, yet spending large amounts of time with exaggerated self-importance, name calling and belittling of posters must surely have required more energy than a simple one or two paragraphs of explanation of ‘important issues of governance’.

It’s not like the opportunity was denied to explain ‘important issues of governance’. There was a fair opportunity to do that.

Instead, the choice was made to exaggerate, name-call, belittle and project.

I don’t suppose getting any detail, even one or two paragraphs on your ‘important issues of governance’ would be forthcoming, and certainly given the juvenile performance exhibited afterward, it would not be worth paying a dime to have any such detail.

Listening to Donald Trump is bad.

Reading a transcript of what he actually says is ... scary.

I realize you are a senior citizen... in that vein, I have largely ignored your sheer stupidity. But you demonstrate the level of idiocy of a newborn babe... Perhaps you might do your self a favor and stop exposing just how out to lunch you literally are.

I offhandedly told you my rate. I didn't think it was high enough to raise an eyebrow, especially in Manhattan. It's decent, but I wasn't bragging. How long have out of the workforce?

I'm not running for any office and I am not accepting any pro bono writing assignments at this time. If you don't like that answer, don't vote for me.

You’re making excuses.

You could write three little sentences. You won’t write them because you have nothing.

Hell, you don’t even need to write three little sentences. You could write a few words about the issue you raised ‘important issues of governance’ or even give a simple example.

You could say one such issue is ‘negotiation’. Oh, but you couldn’t use that. Trump is a master at that one.

You could give an example of working with Congress. But that won’t work either because Trump has already said he will work with Congress to reach a consensus.

You’ve got nothing but BS excuses.

Manhattan, eh? Now it makes sense why you’re so vehemently against Trump. He likely had you thrown on the street for not paying the rent! And that’s why you’re complaining about your fantasy pay.
