Overlooking the Menomonee River, the Harley-Davidson Museum displays classic motorcycles, including one of Elvis Presley’s. Nearby is the Milwaukee Public Museum, with its large-scale European Village and a recreation of old Milwaukee.
CNN is showing Cruz will get 21 delegates.

NEWSMAX TV calls it for Cruz with 7% of the votes in at 40 minutes past the hour.
Even if Trump loses, he will get delegates, no doubt—you are correct.
And with Paul Mannafort on board, the delegate turning game can cut both ways now.
Trump now proceeds to friendly territory where Cruz is not liked/not leading.
After April 26th, the mathematics will show that Cruz needs to take the advice he gave to Kasich—drop out.
And who knows what the next thing to drop in the DC Madam phone records and NE story will be.
