I have never contributed to the Republican National Committee, but my wife did so for years. She stopped several years ago. Recently, they sent her a letter marked Delinquent in large red letters and demanded payment. Pure Gall.

I think OP ought to send the solicitation back and in big letters write ‘NO TRUMP NO MONEY!’.
My elderly folks got one of their “Past Due” notices. They got a real angry note back in the postage paid return envelope - it was written on a printout of the Trump lion jumping over the Donk/Elephant ... the one that says “because this isn’t working”. The note said that the RNC/Repubs were the ones past due - 7 years past due with keeping their promises to stop Obama from destroying the country.
