Brown sugar is a great secret....to the marinade. I’ve also used honey, in a pinch. I also add a few sliced onions and some garlic. This is for fajitas, though.

Soy Sauce and Vinegar for poultry to open it up.

The chicken tonite was crusted on both sides and the water just poured out with a cut.
