From the article:

“...Morris said he and and Tennessee Republican Party Chairman Ryan Hayes agreed Wednesday on seven of the 14 at-large delegates that are to be appointed to the state’s delegation to the convention, but when he got a list of names later in the week, the delegates they agreed on were replaced by “anti-Trump” names. ...”

OK, they agreed on how many were Trump delegates (7 out of 14) and then Hayes swapped out those 7 !!!!???!!!

Jjotto, that’s what I was worried about...

Messing with delegates.

How many more States are they gonna do this to?

As many as they want. Welcome to irrelevance in the peasant world we all occupy.

So what?

Trump will get the delegate votes per the rules. Taking over a political party requires more than rallies and media manipulation. Like liberty itself, it requires more than a few minutes in a voting booth a few times a decade.

As long as the United States has vestiges of state sovereignty, it’s going to be a state by state process. Seems like an ideal situation for a deal-maker.

How about a two-round presidential election? First round is a free for all, and then the top two candidates have a run-off.
