It’s ultimately impossible to stop self destruction through legislation. A good portion of the national debt could be attributed to our attempts to do that. The best we can do is let people do what they want, as long as they don’t hurt another person, and let them police themselves.

Either would I, considering that Prohibition II is an even worse policy failure than Prohibition I, and doesn't even have the federal authorization of a Constitutional amendment.
