World leaders gathered on Friday in Washington for the Nuclear Security Summit to discuss the growing threat of nuclear terrorism.
Noting the chilling possibility of a nuclear attack, US President Barack Obama remarked that Islamic State terrorists have already made use of weapons of mass destruction in the Middle East, and that there is evidence ISIS has made efforts to acquire nuclear material.
"ISIL has already used chemical weapons,” Obama said. “[T]here is no doubt if these madmen ever got their hands on a bomb or nuclear material they would use it to kill as many as possible".
"It would change our world. We cannot be complacent. We have to build on our progress.”
Obama pointed out that other Islamic terror organizations have pursued nuclear weapons, and that the ISIS-affiliated terror cell believed to be responsible for massacres in France and Belgium was planning to attack nuclear facilities in Europe.
New footage of ISIS training has revealed that the terror group is plotting to use drones as part of a “dirty bomb” attack on Western cities. Western security agencies believe Islamic State terrorists are planning to use remote controlled devices to drop radioactive material on major metropolitan areas, potentially killing thousands.
“We have already seen Daesh trying to look at whether they can they get their hands on low-level crop-using-type drones,” said one British official.
According to The Telegraph, ISIS is believed to have already acquired 90 pounds of uranium.

If they do—the wrath will be grim and terrible. Any nation who is part of this should face nuclear fire and death. Even if its Saudi Arabia or Pakistan. If North Korea is involved in any way—it should be taken out like the trash. One Boomer sub should launch all they have on North Korea and finish the Korean War once and for all.
Obama during his last month, “Yeah, it’s gonna be like a world of hurt for y’all. Me and the other presidents, we’ll have that secret service protection. I don’t know what y’all will do. Me and Michael, er, Michelle, we’ll take our adopt..er children to Hawaii, I guess... if there’s trouble. Or somewhere away from Korea’s nukes, if that’s a problem. I’ve done all I can to set it up this way, without getting impeached that is. Giggle.
If our nitwit-in-chief had handled the problem in the first place, they wouldn't even exist. The whole world watched while a bunch of ski masked jackasses killed innocent victims by the thousands and wondered what could be done.
ISIS, as a terror threat could be completely annihilated in about 6 months we would do something about it....but we are waiting for them to just dissolve......they won't.

With every new and bigger iteration there is a name change it seems. Easier than admitting intelligence and strategic errors. Just call it something new!
We can only be seen to fail to something new and the best predictor of impending failure might be preemptively renaming the enemy.

“ISIL” is Obama’s signal that the caliphate SHOULD and WILL include “the Levant,” I.e. Israel.
