I agree with you but Trump is really only a spectator in this silly little drama. He was the object of her agenda - her gotcha question - but she obsession with inserting herself into the story reached critical mass this time.

You are so right. The fact that Trump stands up for his manager speaks a lot for Trump.

The establishment has a long history of throwing people overboard the second the media bares their teeth at them. But Trump acts like he has a backbone--and is loyal--people see that and support him.
