I just had some Chicken Cacciatore with rice left over from yesterday (I usually try to make 2-3 days worth of whatever so I don’t have to cook every day). It was a recipe I hadn’t tried before - it was OK - not super, but not bad and I was really hungry with all the talk about food :-)
I have a another chicken breast and am going to try something a bit different with it.
Chicken Cacciatore?
Maybe I’ll make some Beef Strokingoff tomorrow. It’s really great on a Sunday for a single guy.
