I’m no political expert but I have some questions. Is there early voting in WI? If so,how long has that gone on.

Secondly, I keep seeing polls of Republicans but it’s an open convention. Why isn’t that being factored in?

Yes, there is early/absentee voting in Wisconsin. I voted yesterday. It opened the 21st. I live in a small town and there were 5 others there at the same time. We only have 3 booths. lol

It is hard to poll for an open primary, and I’ve seen the polling focus on likely republicans. So, you make a good point, but perhaps they ask which side they plan to vote on, and then ask how likely they are to follow through, and then ask preferences.

I don’t know, but I do know that 2 polls, both with very large samples, have results that widely vary.

That’s why I think something this weekend or Monday will make the difference.
