I remember back under Klinton, KSFO was a key player in educating voters in CA RAT politics. Slowly it evolved into syndication broadcasts and locals went dark.

KSFO was also instrumental in getting Gray(out) Davis recalled. Their morning show promoted the recall relentlessly.

Too bad they dropped Barbara Simpson a couple years ago. She was a great listen on the weekends, with a lot of local content and excellent guests.

Used to love Barbara Simpson.

KSFO has lurched to the left with this annoncement. Can’t listen to blowhard and fake conservative Michael Weiner “Savage” who supported Willie Brown and Moonbeam Brown. Owen’s as liberal as they come and a huge drop from Levin, the most conservative host on their roster.

I’ll be switching stations for the drive home.
