The term "federal" is appropriate only to countries with a federal form of government (like the modern Federal Republic of Germany, i.e., Bundesrepublik Deutschland).

The German word "Reich" has nothing to do with federalism. It means "empire." When used as a prefix (as in "Reichsführer"), it can be translated with "imperial."

Yes, but the overall basic premise here is that the Nazis and Islamics of today are of the same cloth. Some, but not many have to finish the whole read to see the correlation.
