I think they have her dead to center on treason and other charges. I think she is going to cut a deal.
If she’s smart.
I think they will freeze her Foundation money. I am betting they have been tracking the spending.
I think this because I see more and more stories in the media about the crimes that she has committed. Nobody is even suggesting that she is innocent any more.

I agree with all you posted. Putting Biden/Warren in HRC’s place would be so easy that I don't see the Dems and the media working too hard to protect HRC this time around, once the leaks begin in earnest. The public may not know or care about the private server, but emails about foreign governments giving money to the Clinton Foundation in exchange for favors from the US government will not go over well with the public.
