Just as I thought Rush never mentioned that sCruz took the opposing position of “no they shouldn’t be prosecuted.”

But did mention that sCruz is leading in WI, where Trump was at 30%.

But did mention that sCruz is leading in WI, where Trump was at 30%.

Actually, his "no they shouldn't be punished" is his latest iteration. He was asked the question earlier and did what he does best, deflects. If women should not be punished, why didn't he say so then, when instead he answered like this:

Sen. Ted Cruz was more deft in his handling of a question about abortion criminalization than Donald Trump.

Trump once again hijacked the news cycle with some incendiary remarks Wednesday, telling MSNBC’s Chris Matthews that there should be “some punishment” for women who get an abortion.

And Cruz is the CONSISTENT conservative ...
