The problem with the joke is that Trump can’t turn the joke back around. He can’t speak on what his driver would do if he saw Cruz in his mirror/back-up camera.

If Trump ‘joked’ about killing Cruz, it would be headlines here and in the MSM for a week. Ditto if Trump talked about copulating with rats.
