I dunno. I see threads like this and the Boomer Bashing threads and I think - how does anyone make this broad of a statement in the face of contraindicative evidence? A need to generalize, I suppose, to a fault.
So let me play Devil's Advocate here - there is not so very much wrong with the entire generation that a few extant exceptions can make up for, and I don't think the exceptions are all that few. Got a campus full of young men to cite as evidence. Yeah, some of them are pretty sad. Sometimes it's those who end up performing astonishing feats of heroism in wartime. You never know.
That said, there are some who are awfully wimpy. Some of them are on this forum. And guys, if you have to ask me to name names...it's you. :-)
