You came into this exchange I've been having with another Trump supporter late (welcome) so let me bring you up to speed on what we've discussed.
The other Trump supporter had the unfortunate idea of posting the thought: “Yes, he did donate to Clinton’s PAC and to both NYC and NY Dems, but that was more about helping his businesses than support of liberalism itself.”
When I challenged this line of thinking suddenly defending the indefensible became difficult.
Now, you want to pick up that old burden. It doesn't make any sense. Just stop.
