The wording of Cuomo's "decree" is key. He only banned NONessential travel, very subjective. Classic pandering, he's sucking up to the LGBT/FUBARS. HMM, poor choice of words when it comes to this demographic? But it shows how he learned well from his father. The sh!t never falls far from the bat.
