This whole ordinance thing is a solution looking for a problem.
Let’s say a butch(woman) wants to use the Men’s Room. Is it going to stand at the urinal? No. It will go into a stall, do its thing and leave.
Who’s to know?
Let’s say a tranny man goes into the Women’s Bathroom. No urinals, go to a stall, do its thing (hopefully sitting) and leaves.
Again, Who’s to know?
No tranny would go into the Men’s room dressed as a woman, if it had any sense.
Where it gets murky is their wanting to flaunt their weird sex and our not being able to stop it. As in locker, shower and changing rooms.
The idea of a man going into the women’s locker room is beyond the pale.

As a female I can state definitively that a majority of females DO NOT sit down when peeing into a public toilet. I used to work in hospitals where I saw it in person. You just haven’t lived until you’ve seen projectile liquid feces go flying across the wall.
