This woman is a nut and a snowflake. Wonder what was promised to her for doing this. The media are snakes.

He was arrested for doing what? He does not even seem to realize she is there.

A police officer (30 year veteran with security detail experience) just called into the Chris Plante show and he said exactly the same thing I just said. Corey had every right to pull her away from Trump as had a duty to protect Trump. Nobody has the right to get close enough to touch Trump especially from behind.

It looked like she was leaning against Trump and Corey was protecting him.

Give me a break, I am not a Trump supporter but this incident is nothing but a reporter trying to get attention. I have been in large crowds before where people have touched me to get through. It happens all the time and if you are a reporter you should expect this.
To: GilGil
That is exactly right and I’ll bet anyone that he is fully exonerated for any wrongdoing. The force applied was not excessive, he just pulled her away from him.

Actually, Trump has had well known affairs with donkeys going back years. He has even paid them for their services.

Law should have a realm in which reasonable discretion triumphs over technicalities. This was not "assault" in any meaningful sense of the word. To portray it as such, is splitting hairs, and an attempt to mislead. This, at least what we have seen of it, is not "assault" to any rational person. If it were, then assault is a "crime" occurring with such frequency that the concept of "crime" loses any meaning.
I couldn't care less what you did as a journalist. Journalists should not have any special rights. If a non-journalist would get physically restrained, or even justifiably knocked on their butt, then a similarly acting journalist should expect the same. If you, as a journalist, were acting like a self-important blowhard (I am not saying you were, but hypothetically) and a political staff needed you to move your self-righteous person from where you were making a pain of yourself, then you should consider yourself lucky that nobody decided to teach you a little lesson in civility. (Once again, you may have been perfectly innocent in your behavior, I wasn't there -- but many journalists do act like self-righteous blowhards with an inflated sense of self-worth, and they deserve the occasional physical response).
If a minor grab of the arm constitutes "assault", grow a pair.

Well, The police dept. from Jupiter Fl seem to think differently, and that's all that matters right now.
Also, let us remember what Corey had to say about it.
@MichelleFields you are totally delusional. I never touched you. As a matter of fact, I have never even met you.

An incident this minor is not something I would expect him to remember. He likely grabbed / pulled / pushed numerous people out of the way that day and on many other days.
Also, she put out a photograph purporting to show a bruise on her arm. We do not know what caused it. We only know what she claims. And we know that she is a liar. Because only a liar could claim that the incident shown on that video was in any way traumatic. And, who knows, a liar could be psycho enough to bruise her own arm.
To: ifinnegan
I understand what you are saying, but this all looks way overblown. The Trump guy probably has done this so much he didn’t remember it. He isn’t security, so going forward I would hope he is a more careful. He obviously takes his job and his loyalty to Trump very seriously.

I couldn't care less what you did as a journalist. You know something, just communicate with someone else. This conversation is over. You are obviously full of yourself and I'm not going down to your level. Get lost.

This is 100% politically motivated and will not result in a conviction. No chance.
