I think Cruz has a chance in my old district, and in some other upstate districts as well. You do realize that New York is not ‘winner-take-all’ statewide, do you not?
I will admit that you are closer than I am by far now that I have decamped, and I agree that at the moment Trump seems to have a lock. But I don’t think ALL New York Republicans have lost their freaking minds.
NY is solid Trump - especially Upstate. Mention Cruz in my area and people laugh at you, or say “who”?
Regardless of winner take all, Trump has NY. NJ, and likely PA.
