The dead give away aside from Cruz’s inability to outright deny the accusations, is Heidi’s response. Cancel all public appearances and hide rather than stand by her “innocent” husband and tell the accusers to take a hike.
As I watched that display and false accusation against Trump, what struck me was Cruz’s anger. Not that he’s sorry he got found out, not that he’s sorry that his wife is hurting, not that he’s bummed out because campaigning for president is hard on families...but angry that he got caught.
Not once did he say...I’m sorry that my family is being dragged through this on my account...he took ZERO responsibility for any of it. It doesn’t matter if he’s guilty or innocent, the fact is, his family IS being put under a microscope as a result of his decision to run for president.
Not once did he look sorrowful and speak from the heart about what it’s like to face this kind of stuff, and how much worse it might be if it had actually happened...
NONE of the things that should exist if the accusation was false, exists. All he can do is blame Trump.
Well, even if Trump were behind this, the paper still didn’t have to print it. So, he doesn’t even blame the paper or the editor...see, that’s all wrong!! NONE of the responses are the correct one for a not guilty man.
He’s pissed he got caught, and that’s the bottom line.
But he sure didn’t mind pasting Melania half naked in front of an entire state, did he? Just so he could win.
This stuff has been floating around out there for some time. I’ve heard whispers of it, I’m sure many of you have, too. What’s interesting is the timing, and that’s it.
It wouldn’t surprise me to learn that Trump dug around and found out who’s behind it. I really don’t think Trump is the one. Just my gut. The timing is the give away. It was timed so that Trump would catch the blame, and he wouldn’t have done that to himself. He doesn’t strike me as passive aggressive. He will simply spit in your eye right in front of your face if that’s what he’s going to do.
The only one at fault for where Cruz’s junk went, is Cruz. People have affairs not realizing the high price that comes later. And that price DOES come.

IMHO, you just described Amanda Carpenter’s attitude and demeanor in every single CNN panel appearance. Overly invested, over confident, and over the top for Ted Cruz, for months and months. ( And, the selfies do not help her professional resume either.)
