The comment about Carly refers to her cheating on her first husband will her second and he also was still married at the time also.

She is obviously providing cover here for Cruz, who, if he is innocent, should not be impeded from answering the question (like Carly impeded here), and whether he is innocent or guilty, Carly should not interfere with his answering questions directed to him.

She obviously has some motive to interfere with that question (since she actually did interfere with it), and we should find out why she chose to interfere with that question to Cruz.

That picture which I borrowed from someone in a Google image search, was used to ask a tongue-in-cheek question ("Could it be?"), given the nature of the current NE accusations against Cruz, but since you took it seriously, you must at least put some level of credence in your own mind to the possibility of that kind of situation being true, or you would just be laughing about the picture.
