Why does Cruz either always have someone else talk FOR him, or has some stupid scripted speech that he louses up?

Good question...I think because it is a cover up of the worst kind....
He can’t think on his feet, which means that he is NOT as “brilliant” as we keep being told he is. Sounds an awful lot like another Junior Senator who graduated from Harvard law.
