Why o why would they name the kid Ted in the middle of this crazy and nasty fight with another Ted? I've thought off and on in my weaker moments that this whole thing could be one of those "feuds" designed to get maximum publicity for both sides. Restaurants do it, radio stations do it, hotels do it, Fred Allen and Jack Benny famously did it. Who knows? :)
I'd be beyond happy if we all found out Trump and Cruz had been doing this to play the media like it's never been played before. Unlikely, but a delicious scenario nonetheless.
