sarasmom is right. You’ve posted Romney’s PAC expenditures. The PAC that placed the ad was Liz Mair’s “Make America Awesome” PAC. She can’t even come up with an original name, for this anti-Trump PAC.

If you google it, there's an "Again" on the end, so I suppose they thought they were being cute aping Trump's slogan. "Make America Awesome" ... It sounds like something you might totally find right here:
