Thanks to growing up in a family, all of whom had extensive vocabularies, didn't talk down to children, I grew up knowing and using words that Ivy league college Seniors knew when I was little. I know this, because I was tested by professors at Columbia, who were intrigued by my vocabulary level and were friends of my grandparents.
But you'll no doubt remain obdurate in your pernicious claims, because they make you somehow "feel" superior.
Then why do you support a guy who speaks at the 4th grade level. Especially a guy who seems to be quite intelligent.
Do I speak, read and write above a 4th grade level? Why yes I do, so I guess that does make me superior.
Trump is an expert at reading his audience. He’s all sales and marketing.
So why does he feel a need to speak to his supporters and prospective supporters at a 4th grade level? He’s always on attack and he always uses the same words. Its always “terrible” or “very bad” and he always uses those words on the ends of his phrase. Because its all an act. He’s simply saying what his audience wants to hear to get elected. Just like any other politician.
But go about your efforts to be a grammar nazi if it makes you feel better. Focusing on those pointless trivia is surely going to make America great again.
