Run off doctors, put facilities out of business by forcing them to give free medical care to illegals (happened near the end of W or beginning of BamBam). Bankrupt the middle-class with high premiums, $12,000 deductibles and a collapsing job market.
Meanwhile, give Iran $150 billion dollars, golf and vacation.
