The Cruz campaign doesn't want to give the FEC details of the Goldman Sachs loan his campaign received in 2012, so they ignore the FEC compliance letter which means it'll now be handled by the FEC enforcement branch...some time in 2017.
I'll predict right now that Ted Cruz does not run for re-election to the US Senate.
