Probably wise, but even this level of caution gets people labeled as "anti-vaxxer." I take vaccinations but intentionally keep them to a minimum. I've seen what these multi-vaccine shots have done to my dogs, to the point that I now titer to prove that they still have sufficient immunity. They were sickened, particularly the elderly dogs. One developed a large tumor right at the injection site on his hip. Vaccines can be a life-saver, but there is a price to pay for some. Treating those with sincere reservations as nutters doesn't help.
The risk from even many times that many vaccines at once is infinitesimal. The risk from the diseases they prevent are quite real. Don’t be fooled by the nonsense being purveyed by anti-vax demagogues. They all have blood on their hands, as far as I’m concerned.
