Let’s say a scandal broke in the tabloids about TRUMP, there were a zillion tweets about it, it was reported on all the networks and Cruz and Trump were having a war of words about it.

I haven’t yet accepted the NE story as gospel. The story was written as rumors not as facts.....yet. I will wait to see what transpires.

Well, speaking as a Trump supporter, I absolutely do NOT “accept it blindly as gospel.”
In fact, I agree with Trump - I have no idea if it’s true or not. The lawyering up / silence of several of the women involved and Ted’s bizarre response make me suspicious - but that’s not MY fault, that’s the fault of the behavior of the people involved.
I've been here a long time and I never consider anything that is based on unnamed sources, no matter who is the target.
And I'm pretty sure most of you Trump supporters would be calling all of this unsourced stuff nonsense if it was about Trump.
