I don’t know. But if Hillary WAS behind this, then she didn’t have much to do besides push the story. After that, the Trump supporters would do her work for her.
Hillary and the DIMs would save this for the general if Cruz was to be the nominee or on a GOPe ticket ...this was from Rubio operatives , with the full intention of Trump getting the blame ...they got busted though
