The ONLY thing that Trump would have to do is trash the Low-sulfur requirement, that FORCES American Companies to import Saudi/Venezuelean oil instead of using American oil for gasoline.

How about those “boutique blends” that bubba jeff came up with? Are those still around, if so, those should be dumped as well. W should have done that among a ton of other things.
