Yep. NE not backing down leads me to believe there is something to this story. Like it or not, the NE has been on the foreskin... errr forefront of many of this kind of story. Sleazy as it may be, they are not stupid and have often been right. Trump has been guilty of the same type behavior, but he doesn’t try to deny it.

Some of what they post is gossip. Some of it is true and they don’t have the proof to post the entire story, but there is a basis in reality. If the Enquirer would have published this one, the Clintoons would have hightailed it back to Arkansas.

In 2003, the National Enquirer reported that Hillary Clinton’s political foes were desperately trying to acquire a secret videotape that supposedly showed her husband Bill “having sex in a pickup truck with a department store clerk.”

And the Enquirer was great for the community at Christmas time:

NE’s annual tradition was an extremely expensive “Christmas present” to the local community.
