That's because your white privilege card will get you anything you desire.

My white privilege card got me so much that anything I wanted to do or be involved in required me finding a way to pay for it.

I was never in any of the cliques or popular people groups. When it comes to being involved with those and them in charge I tend to lose or wind up at the bottom of the reward stack.

Thanks to my transition to IT years ago and developing apparently a good reputation, I usually don’t have to take much from the “in” crowd since I know how to do things they don’t.
