Imagine being a member of the 80% having to listen to the nasty accusing diatribe of the the 20%.
How would you respond?
I don't know. I'm probably part of the 20% (but a pretty quiet part, not too nasty or accusing, I hope), so it's sort of a moot point for me. I guess, though, I might feel confident and secure enough being part of the 80% that I'd try to ignore the piddly 20%ers, or even just just try to sell my 80% candidate with positivity, since I would still want the 20%ers votes come November.
The 80%ers won't have to put up with the ankle biters forever; we seem to be posting less and less, whether from being banned or just from moving on.

Talk about feeling outnumbered and no longer recognizing a site you used to love! Some are trolls, of course, but it's not always easy to tell who since some have been here for years and just crank up the disruptions during election seasons (sleeper trolls). I can't tell you how many FReepers' sign-up dates I've checked in the last few months, lol.
