When asked to release his tax returns, he stalls.

Tax returns are private by law. If a politician won't defend his privacy how can I count on him to defend mine.

You have just demonstrated how besotted you are with your candidate and his every gesture, so besotted that you cannot see it when your own rights are at risk.

Of course they are private. But when candidates run for the highest office in the land they almost invariably disclose their tax returns. This just goes to show the extent to which Trumpkins twist themselves into a pretzel to defend their “Dear Leader.”
