Is FR now allowing posts based on random tweets with no other legitimate source. As others have indicated, there is nothing that backs up this story in a search for "Ben Shales" and GQ.

Even the posters on the Trump site TheConservativeTreeHouse have disowned those tweets.

I doubt this is true. It was first tweeted by DJ Lewis who is the biggest liar on twitter. I’ve told people a million times to ignore him.

When I first found FR in the Fall of 1997, there were more than several solid researchers who posted facts and sources for their research. As far as I can tell, none of those members still post here, and I’m not sure any of them are still members. I am willing to be corrected, though, if someone posts FACTS and SOURCES to correct me.

FR is supposed to be a CONSERVATIVE website. These days it appears to be not much more than a shadow of what it used to be, with many members behaving a lot like Democrats and alinskyites. I am hoping it will recover after the November elections.
