I don't have that proof but I do have this, as an example of Lyin' Ted in action: Many of us probably received emails like this:

"Friend, I’m sure you’ve heard…the crowded field of presidential candidates is beginning to thin out, and what you may not know — money was a big factor.

That’s why I’m emailing you today.

Right now, we are still more than $400,000 short of our End of Quarter Goal."

Maybe that $500k Keep the Promise gave to Carly for America would have helped? Money is money, yet Cruz sent emails making it sound like funds were urgently needed while the PAC was giving it away in half-million dollar chunks - to a competitor!

First question -— Is Keep the Promise a PAC or a SUPER PAC?

Candidates are NOT ALLOWED to coordinate, contact or tell a SUPER PAC what to do with their money.

Let’s answer that question first.

If it is a Super Pac and it can be shown that Ted Cruz’s campaign coordinated with them, Cruz should be charged with election law violation.

If not, then Cruz can’t do a damn thing about how a Super Pac chooses to use the money they have.
