Bill is faking it. During a speech by Mark Kelly in Arizona a couple days ago, Clinton came to the podium and was speaking perfectly fine. He had shrugged off the dumb a** look and spoke for a full five minutes. It's an act. It's all horse manure.

Yes, faking it. In fact, Bill just gave a short speech yesterday and in it he had said that the "last 7 years" and "the *8 years before that"...had been terrible.
