You are right, Trump had no right to defend his wife from an ad that clearly shows support for Cruz. He should apologize for a tweet that said “spill the beans on Heidi” and a retweet of a picture comparing Heidi to Melania.
No, he’s Trump & therefore he need not apologize for anything...ever.
