Of course, that would much more accurately describe Teddy's demented close buddy, Glenn Boo-Hoo-Beck (although, being the "honorable Mormon" he is, Glenn sometimes employs totally fake crying to influence his viewers with false, dishonest, deceptive displays of phony emotions, using such things as "Vicks VapoRub" applied liberally under his lying eyes to produce tears and pretend he is crying, as shown in this youtube video clip linked below).
