After the way Cruz has been treated recently on this board if I were a conservative looking to run for senate/house to make a stand in DC against the establishment, i would reconsider, it is a thankless job that may give you accolades at first but the moment some loudmouth populist starts promising the people their own personal moon and stars, and then starts defaming you, a good half of the people who initially cheered for you will start jeering at you for not joining their little cult of personality.
Why make a stand in DC if the people will chase after the next shiny object in line?
I hear the pied piper has offered you a wall and greatness but with precious little information on how they are going to achieve it.... but the song is so hypnotic.. better get in line and follow the man with the flute you know.... The man in the street on the soap box who warned us there are no easy solutions, well, let’s hang him because he is not dancing to the piper’s tune and because the city’s council of elders hate his guts anyways...

Maybe because they were running the ad out west where Kasich had no chance, he came in fourth in a three person race. I might ad that Kasich is the lead not Trump candidate in PA according to the polls, so maybe this Pac will say vote Kasich to PA voters.
Cruz also talks trash except that it is called “principle” and it is ok.

Let me see if I get this right ; a Ted Cruz associated superpac puts out a defamatory ad/photo of Melania Trump , on the eve of the Utah caucus . This offends Mr. Trump , as his wife is suddenly being used in a disparaging way , so he comments on the matter . His defense of his wife send Ted Cruz thru da roof and now blood is shooting out of Cruz eyes ? Wouldn’t it have been wiser for Ted to have withheld his permission for bringing Melania into the picture in the first place ? Rather than his grumpy reaction afterwards? What did he expect ?
At this point I feel that Ted and Donald should challenge to a dual.. 25 paces , turn and fire . 2nds carry M-4’s to ensure the process .
Beyond this suggestion I have to say that seeing Ted Cruz ‘ pissed off’ does not impress me . Same polished , measured , lawyer reaction . NOTHING scary about Ted . He will debate our enemies into submission?
