Megyn Kelly hit out at Donald Trump Thursday morning after he retweeted an unflattering picture of Ted Cruz's wife Heidi.
Kelly, who has been the victim of many a Trump attack herself, posted Trump's retweet on her own Twitter account and wrote; 'Seriously?'
The photo reweeted by Trump showed Heidi next to a very flattering image of Trump's model wife Melania and read; 'No need to "spill the beans." The images are worth a thousand words.'
He posted the photo just one day after threatening to 'spill the beans' on Heidi after a super PAC backing Cruz released an advert showing his wife Melania naked from a photo spread she did back in 2000 for the men's magazine GQ.

Heidi’s CFR association could be more indicative but all I can see so far is it means she’s pure establishment oriented much like her husband who pretends not to be

However I don't believe Cruz is establishment, although the word "establishment" can mean different things to different people.
I would also add that one of Trump's named foreign advisors is a CFR member.
And that Trump did meet off-the-record with the president of the CFR Richard Haass.

It isn’t just this. It’s Trump’s behavior overall. A man has a right and a duty to defend his wife. And as far as we know, Cruz had nothing to do with this ad and until proven otherwise, I give him the benefit of the doubt.
There’s a reason that Trump’s negatives are so high and it isn’t “the media’s fault.” Cause if that was true, why are her’s ,also?

Trump throws out this stuff knowing that the media will run with it. It’s an effortless technique for dominating the news cycle and depriving his opponents of any attention. He exploits the shallowness of what passes for a news media these days.
