A contested convention and a brokered one are two different things. IN the first, the candidates fail to win the primary and votes are cast until one does. In the second, the candidates fail to win the primary so the party picks whoever they want.

Don’t interrupt their lack of thought processing. Facts are inconvenient things.

Besides, The Trump supporter’s are very much like Jeb Bush, he is going to win it all without the base, or potentially a large portion of it.
I mean after all, since we do not just support Trump, well just because he’s TRUMP, we aren’t really conservatives, we are just place holders for the establishment oligarchy.

It’s a given that ALL of the democrat’s voting for Trump in the primaries are going to vote for him in the general, so to h@ll with everyone else.

It would be funny if it wasn’t so depressing.
A life long liberal who is now a populist, who has no governing conservative principals, and who will make a “deal” with anyone is lauded as the greatest thing since sliced bread.

Trump is an interesting guy, it will be interesting to see what he is willing to negotiate away to make his deals.
